We believe all people, especially those physically challenged, should be able to live their lives as comfortable as possible. Our Congregate Living Health Facilities (CLHFs) are residential homes are equipped for physically challenged individuals who would otherwise be confounded to hospitals, nursing homes, or other undesirable living conditions. Our homes total capacity are no more than six beds. We provide inpatient care, medical supervision, 24-hour skilled nursing, supportive care, pharmacy, dietary needs, social and recreational activities. We believe the primary need of CLHF residents is the availability of skilled nursing care on a recurring, intermittent, extended, or continuous basis. Our care services are not as intense of what is provided in general acute care hospitals, but it is more intense than what is provided in skilled nursing facilities.
